More than ever, we need a BIG F*ING TENT.**
Not just any tent—a leadership tent. A tent that stands tall, held up by unshakable pillars. A tent built to hold many, not just a few. A tent where leaders don’t just take up space—they make space.
Tonight, my daughter asked me, “What are you doing? Is this for the future generations?”
And that question stopped me in my tracks.
Because YES. That’s exactly why I’m building this tent.
Leadership is not about us—it’s about who comes next. It’s about what we stand for and who we stand with. It’s about making sure the leaders who follow us walk into a world where leadership is built on courage, kindness, and integrity—not ego, fear, and control.
What Holds Up This Tent?
Like any great structure, this tent stands strong because of its pillars—pillars that don’t just hold it up but create the space for more to enter.
🏛️ Courage – The courage to lead even when it’s hard. To take the risks, have the tough conversations, and step up when others step back.
🏛️ Empathy – The ability to see, hear, and truly understand others. Leadership is not about power—it’s about people.
🏛️ Integrity – Doing what’s right, not what’s easy. Even when no one is watching. Even when it costs you something.
🏛️ Resilience – The strength to get knocked down and still rise. Again and again.
🏛️ Community – Leadership isn’t a solo act. We stand beside each other, lift each other, and make space for more.
Who Belongs in This Tent?
This tent is big. It’s built to carry many. Because leadership is not exclusive—it’s not for the chosen few. It’s for anyone who is willing to step up, stand up, and lift others along the way.
💥 This tent is for:
✔️ The ones who refuse to lead alone.
✔️ The ones who lift others as they climb.
✔️ The ones who know we rise by lifting others.
✔️ The ones who believe kindness is not a weakness—it’s a leadership strength.
✔️ The ones who lead with both fire and empathy.
🚫 This tent is NOT for:
❌ The ones who think leadership is about control, not connection.
❌ The ones who lead with ego instead of impact.
❌ The ones who think leadership is about titles, not action.
❌ The ones who believe power is about keeping others out instead of bringing them in.
This Tent Holds Us All.
This isn’t about who you are today—it’s about who you are becoming. And more importantly, who you are helping along the way.
So, I ask you—who is in the tent? Who is ready to lead with love, courage, and an unshakable belief in others?
