Born from the legacy of LeadershipHQ, a trailblazer in leadership development for over 17 years, The Leadership Association is our bold new initiative to cultivate a community of inspired, connected, and empowered leaders across generations.
Hi, I’m Sonia, and my passion for leadership is profound. I’ve always believed that true leadership transcends titles; it’s about individuals rising to the occasion, regardless of their position. Through LeadershipHQ, we’ve dedicated nearly two decades to transforming organisations with tailor-made leadership programs, team-building workshops, and personalized executive coaching. We’ve witnessed the tremendous impact that adept leadership has in sparking change, driving innovation, and elevating teams to unprecedented heights.
Motivated by these successes, I recognised the need to expand our reach. That’s why we launched The Leadership Association.
