Hi, I’m Sonia.
And leadership has never been just my work; it’s my life’s passion.
I’ve always believed that leadership isn’t defined by titles or hierarchy. It’s defined by moments when people choose to step up, speak up, and lead with courage, no matter where they sit. Through LeadershipHQ, I’ve spent nearly two decades working alongside organisations and leaders around the world, delivering bespoke leadership programs, team experiences, and executive coaching that drive real change.
